I just want to remind everyone to head to Dollar Tree for all your party planning needs!

I was planning a baby shower for a friend and I was able to find paper products and these adorable safari animals at the Dollar Tree!

I took them home and gave them a few coats of gold spray paint and they went with our shower theme perfectly! I think they look like they cost way more than $1!

So next time you are planning a party or shower on a budget don’t forget to hit up your local Dollar Tree! You never know what gems you will find! Happy Friday!

My friend did a circus party theme with the plastic animals and she used Pom Pom’s to put on them dress them up with fabric and use cookie tins to put them on top and decorated the tins with gold rope and color fabric she made tu tus skirt for some it took a lot of effort but so writhed made banner with different colors of fabric all from stuff at .99 cents store or king dollar

So cool! I’ve also seen where you take a knife and carve a hole out in the middle of the plastic animals back (they are hollow) and after spray painting plant a real (or use fake) succulent for a beat looking indoor plant/planter!

For my sisters bridal shower centerpieces, we grabbed everyone’s empty wine bottles and spray painted them silver. Put a couple white flowers and an array at each table.

    Hi,

I tried this and my spray paint didn’t dry well. Almost after 3 months, it is still sticky. Any idea?
