  I haven’t contacted the corporate office. I have experienced this in at least two target stores nearest me. For this trip, I was only going to use one print out for the razor and another target coupon for a free yogurt which they accepted because it was a mailer.

  I can tell you that calling CS is useless. I had an issue last summer and when I called, was told that the manager has the right to not accept printed coupons. So I called the store directly and asked to speak to the manager. I am not sure who I was connected to, (probably the asst manager) but I told her what happened and she apologized. I brought my q’s back and she did a post coupon refund. So call the store first. Or next time you have an issue, pull out the Target coupon policy (of course the day I had issues, I had left my big binder at home with the policy. I was so aggravated, that I forgot I could have pulled it up on my phone) I have this part highlighted –
  Internet (Print-at-Home) Coupons
  We gladly accept valid internet coupons with a scannable barcode.

   My Target cartwheel had a 3 dollar off coupon as well. This may help those shoppers whose Target won’t accept printed coupons.

   Does anyone know the quantity limit on Ibotta? And can you buy 6 razors in one transaction or separately?

  The Ibotta limit is three men’s and three women’s. Although I was able to use all of my coupons in one transaction, it probably varies with the stores. The fine print on the coupon says only two like coupons per purchase.

    my target only let me use one coupon per transaction so can’t do the $3 off route. would have to be separate transactions and then wouldn’t qualify for $5 gift card.

    My Target had to call the manager regarding the coupon. At first said I could only use 1, then finally agreed to take 2 of my 4 coupons. They made me feel like I was doing something dishonest by using coupons.

    Is the Ibotta offer still showing up for some people? I bought two packs (all they had at the store at lunch today) and submitted those two for ibotta fine, then went back and bought four more at another target store this evening and the ibotta offers were gone.
