   This is a CVS question unrelated to this post. For the past couple of weeks the CRT that is supposed to print for everyone at the red coupon machine isn’t printing out for me. I think this week it was a Hershey’s candy one and last week it was Almay or someother cosmetic. Is this happening to anyone else?

  Yes, sometimes the machine malfunctions. When you scan your card, does it say that your CRTs have printed? Or, does it just not print?

  Sometimes my coupons do not print. I asked cashiers and they all say that someone else must have already scanned the card that week. I don’t think that my Dear Husband has been inside CVS in Years, so I’m Very doubtful that he went into CVS, entered our phone number at the Red Coupon Machine (since I have the card) and printed coupons. If the coupons are being printed, they are not being printed by someone in My family. One cashier suggested that I onlinee to the store first thing on Sunday morning just to print the coupons. I’m not dedicated.
  Perhaps someone has a phone number similar to yours and accidentally (benefit of the doubt) is entering your phone number to print the coupons. Just a though.

  It will print my CRTs, but not the one that is supposed to print for everyone. I think it is called an Instant Coupon? For example, on the weekly ad ending 3/10 there is a 74cent Hershey’s instant coupon. I think next week is M&Ms and there have been cosmetics ones. Those do not print out for me only my regular CRTs.

  My friend had the same problem with the weekly offers not printing, nor would she get the app only offers. she called cs and they had to do something in the system. The rep said it would go into effect the following wk, and sent her an EB to cover the amount of the offers that were supposed to print the current wk. she got her card in store over the summer, then registered online, so she’s not sure why her card didn’t link up. worth a shot to call cs.
