I have a $4 off $18 haircare. Do these types of CVS coupons also apply like the EB earning rules? If i get to 98% of total, the coupon will be honored? For example, if I buy:
2 of the above Dove Shampoos= $9.88
2 of the Select L’Oreal Elvive hair care= $8

The total is 99% of the $18 coupon! Thanks!!

(In case this does work, anyone with the $4/18 coupon is curious :
2 of the above Dove Shampoos= $9.89 (Earn 3 EB)
Use two of the $1.50 coupon
Total: $6.89
2 of the Select L’Oreal Elvive hair care= $8 (earn 2EB)
