   Has anyone tried this door? This could be life changing for my husband who gets very irritated with our dogs who want to go in and out all day long!!

  We have this and love it! It was the perfect solution for us, we wanted a doggy door but didn’t want to do any major construction. It really is quick and easy to install. I wouldn’t say it’s the sturdiest thing in the world, if someone wanted to bust it down they could. But really if someone wanted to bust down a sliding glass door they could too. It has held up well so far, we’ve had it about 6 months. It onlinees with hardware to create a new lock for the door which requires drilling a hole in the top of the door frame. It’s really not noticeable so it didn’t bother us. It onlinees with some material to attach to the door to help keep the cold air out also. For the most part the magnet keeps the flap closed but On really windy days it can sometimes fly open. We just put the cover on it those days. It took our dog about ten days to figure out… but he’s a little slower than most. Now he loves it and goes in and out as he pleases. Overall I would reonlinemend it.
