   I’ve never been much of a milk drinker. I don’t really like it, but since going Keto I’ve been drinking unsweetened almond milk daily. I love it. Has anyone tried stocking up on sales and freezing it? I know it has a longer shelf life than milk, but I’m curious about frozen almond milk. 🤔

  All of the cartons say not to freeze it. I’ve had some that accidentally froze a bit and the milk separates, it’s no good.

  I LOVE the shelf stable milk. I always stock up when it is on sale/coupon and keep it in my pantry. It has a very long expiration date and I never have to worry about running out of milk for my cereal.

   Is there a difference between the chilled and the shelf stable?

  The chilled requires refrigeration, and the shelf stable one does not need to be refrigerated until it’s opened. The shelf stable brand also has a longer expiration date. Hope that helps!

  I have a child with severe allergies. When we travel, we tend to bring the shelf stable almond milk. I have tried almond breeze and Silk brands. We prefer Silk when it onlinees to the shelf stable as we find the almond breeze shelf stable separates a bit and tastes like cardboard. Its not the biggest deal and my son doesn’t really onlineplain but I notice. i will use the shelf stable almond breeze if I have to or it’s a great deal but my go to is Silk. If it was the refrigerated brand, i wouldn’t care which brand. I also use the shelf stable for baking because of the long shelf like and that makes no difference with brand.

   your health Making a huge corporations like that is not the way to go. They feeding us food like products full of GMOs and artificial colors flavors and stuff that dont belong in our food and our bodies
