  It said that at the top of my screen as I checked out, but then it let me onlineplete the transaction… so we’ll see. I hope it goes through, as I wanted the set for a pick-me-up gift for a friend who is going through a hard time.

  Same for me. I saw my confirmation email and it was not there. I called customer service and I was resent a confirmation with the gift in my order. Make sure to mention that the free gift says “with any purchase”, so minimum. You get an extra 10 off only if you spend at least 40.

   I adore L’occitaine❤ Their rose products smell heavenly, so close to the real thing. I took advantage of their discounted prices on some products after Christmas, they are so decadent! Thanks for posting this, I’m always looking for another reason to shop there.

    I never view location restrictions as fair or not. They put stores where they believe they’ll make enough money. 🙂 I was able to get the gift with the almond soap (which gets great reviews) for a total of $10.75 with tax. Thanks!

    Pam at L’Occitane in Hackensack, NJ (Riverside Sq Mall) would not redeem this offer. She tossed the paper aside and then told the customers behind me, that she will now served REAL VIP customers. She made me wait and then would not serve me until I asked her too. After I told her that I buy from L’Occitane and this is a real offer, she redeemed it but it nearly took 30 minutes and she was shaming me for redeeming this offer the whole time. I think I will only buy American. I don’t need to give money to a French onlinepany if their employees are so terrible.
