Maybe try chatting with a Michaels rep through their website. Scroll all the way to the bottom, there is a link. Wouldn’t hurt to ask for a free shipping code. Let them know your weather situation and see if they are willing to extend a free shipping code so you can take advantage of the sale.

It’s basically just cute tape 🙂 I use it whenever I send a letter or want to ‘fancy’ something up. It’s very easy to remove and does not damage whatever you stick it to. There are SO many ways you can use it! Head to Pinterest and type in washi tape.
