   Definitely a must to have a backup liner. I have the nonstick one myself and it’s so handy when doing meal prep for the week to pop my 2nd one in and wash the 1st one while that food is already cooking.

   Denise G states there’s a non-stick insert liner. Does amazon sell that too. I was wondering about the cooking surface bring extremely sticky from cooking white rice. I cooked beans in 30 minuets, I was thrilled.
