Can you? I think some of the washi tape packages are considered an Everyday Value and can’t have the 50 % used on them.

I went to Michael’s yesterday and they have a full pallet of the 12 x 12 paper pads. I picked up some, they had several really cute patterns and the paper I purchased was a good heavy weight. That’s good price for 48 paper pack of heavy weight paper – thanks h2s!!
