   I’m getting my husband an Xbox one for his birthday. Anyone know if I can purchase this now and not activate it until April so the 6 months starts then?

  You can activate them at any time. The 6 months won’t start until you enter the activation code. I always buy my son these in advance for Christmas and birthdays!

   You can find 12 month subscriptions for $35 to $40 on eBay most of the time that is what I did!

   I just asked my boyfriend to buy this since ours expired Christmas. He doubled checked pricing from the Xbox store on the console and its on sale for $10 a month or $40 for 12 months. We are just gonna grab the 12 month. Glad you posted this because it made us check around.

  Hi there! Your code for the additional 3 free months of Xbox Live should have been sent to the email address you used during checkout after the order was confirmed. It may have been sent to your spam folder though so be sure to check there as well. Hope that helps!
