  Make sure the offer is selected, and you can go back (their coupon policy is within 3 days so maybe within 3 days for this too?) and get the refund.

   I see many (ok women LOL) standing aside near the check out area. If you use your app to scan all your items, it will tell you if there is a Cartwheel offer on it, and if none, it will tell you if a “similar” item has an offer. Very helpful! I’ve found offers that weren’t on the regular list that way!

   Is Cartwheel just for Target? Is it a google app for android phones? I assume (dangerous I know) you have to have Target app to onlinepare the Cartwheel to?
