Has anyone tried these protein bars recently? Many bad reviews on Amazon, but they are 1+ years old. Nothing current.
Saying taste bad, high sugar and carbs, etc.
This is a great deal, but not if all of the Reviews are correct lol

    • Melissa

Thanks, I ordered this deal. It’s cheaper than I can get them at Sam’s.

I had weight loss surgery and work with a dietitian, this is one of the brands she reonlinemends. I really enjoy the chocolate peanut butter flavor, chocolate deluxe is pretty good. I haven’t tried chocolate chip yet, but I’m looking forward to trying it.

The chocolate peanut butter are great, the choco-chip are good, the chocolate deluxe is not pleasant (but that keeps me from eating a bunch). I drop the good ones in my kids lunch and the chocolate-deluxe in my purse/car for when I need something that isn’t fast-food. I happen to have one of the peanut butter ones at my desk right now … gluten free, 2 g of sugar, 200 calories! Also, 6 g fat (but no trans-fat), cholesterol 10mg, sodium 200 mg, total carb 16 g, dietary fiber 1 g, calcium 15% dv, iron 8% dv. (dv= daily value based on a 2000 calorie diet) If you don’t want to chance this big-box-deal, swing by a Walmart and just grab a box of the Chocolate Peanut Butter ones to start off. You’ll soon be a believer and ramp right up to the big box! 🙂
