  I have had two different ninjas. The first one was $100 and awesome but it only lasted a little over one year. However, I was using it daily to make baby food, smoothies, and more. Despite the short life, I bought a more expensive model the second time because I loved the first one so much. It was nothing but problematic since I bought it. It has lasted two years but I feel like it is barely hanging on, even though I haven’t used it nearly as much as the first one. I have been waiting for a good deal on the blendtec or vitamix to replace it.

  Can you cancel the previous order or just order this one too and return the order. Sometimes they will do price adjustment but you have to counter…. Like saying your going to return the item.

   Blentech is an AWESOME onlinepany. They stand behind their stuff — we had a motor go out on us after over a year, and they rush-shipped us a replacement unit, including a return shipping label for the defective one. They’re the real deal. We’ve had ours for several years and use it daily. It’s a heavy-duty work horse.

  I have a vitamix and love love love it. It can blend up chia seeds in a smoothie so it’s perfect for what I need. I got it refurbished for $200 A few years ago. I don’t have a blendtec though, so can’t onlinepare.

    Just wanted to mention that if the store won’t price adjust and you’ve purchased with your credit card, take advantage of the Price Protection/Guarantee feature with your card to get the difference back. I’ve used it recently.
