   I thought it would be so fun to work at micheals boy was I wrong. And the things I could tell you. But the most important one is the coupons we get in trouble if we help you with them. So if u want to use one you will have to bring them with you or download the ap. We are no longer aloud to give you them. I am so unhappy with this as for the older group they need help a lot of the time getting them on their phones. So stupid everyone knows there are online I feel it so wrong that we can’t help u get them……exact words used don’t take money out of micheals pocket. What are you joking…..

  I’m not sure which one you worked at, and I’m sorry you had a bad experience, but the one I go to keeps a stack by the register for the cashiers to hand out.

  Mine, too. We’d rather keep the line moving and help you out with coupons than give you a bad experience and take forever to find it online at checkout. It seems like some stores (onlineparing mine to another in my area) don’t follow the corporate policies on coupons and doing what’s right for the customers.
