   Does anyone know where you can view the promotional credits if you do this? My problem is I do these things sometimes and then forget about them. I just chatted with amazon CS and they were not helpful at all. Just said that I have to add items and the promo will be applied.

  I’ve successfully done a sample box once before, you just go to purchase a full size item that you sampled and the amount of the sample box onlinees off the total.

   That’s not great CS bc you can go here: https://www.amazon.online/sample-boxes (when logged in to your account) and then there are two options/tabs — ‘Your Boxes” “Available Boxes”
   Under “Your Boxes” are the credits you have and when you select “Use your Credit” it shows you the amount of your credit and when you click it will also pull up the products — So, for example, I used most of my Aveeno credit on an item, but there is still a 50 cent or so balance I could use and it pulled up

  It seems like the items the credit applies to might also change? Bc I just found less expensive items than I recall to apply that 50 cent balance toward that were also S&S eligible by pulling up a list of items in the way that I just described… So I’m using my 50 cent balance now! 😉
