I love that they give a pair of shoes to those in need from every purchase. However, the shoes are horribly unonlinefortable. I bought one pair of slip on’s for $60 and would never do it again. Very disappointing.

Thank you for your feedback Jess, so many people talk about them, but just in the sense that the onlinepany then donates a pair to someone in need, but no one has mentioned that the shoes were actually onlinefortable.

We actually love the shoes and our whole family has had them! My girls wear the tiny and youth sizes. We’ve only ever bought the slip-on style but we get a ton of wear out of them from spring through fall (when we don’t need socks)!

I wear Toms daily and they are extremely onlinefortable! I have worn them and walked 5 miles shopping and at the zoo, amusement parks, etc with no issues! My favorite shoe ever!! So lightweight

I have the strappy wedges and they’re so onlinefortable! I’m a teacher and wore them every day throughout my pregnancy. So you know they’re onlinefy! 😉 (I’ve also had the slip-on wedges and found them less onlinefortable than the one with the strap, which keeps your feet in place better.)

So I just checked out using the free shipping code and Masterpass offer and it is telling me I have free shipping despite the wording of “paid shipping” in the free shipping details….. I applied the free shipping code and received the same notification that I had free shipping until Sunday. I typically screenshot the order summary before closing the tab in the event my email confirmation differs. In a hurry though, I closed the browser. Lo and behold, I get an email that I’ve been charged $8.95 for shipping, which is also pending on my bank statement. I reached out to customer service and hope they’ll rectify the situation.
