Had a problem with this digital coupon, i clipped it to my card but it didn’t apply, even though i got the right items. The staff refunded me the .79 but not after saying they can’t honor digital coupons that don’t apply next time.

Same thing happened to me. The lady said the digital coupons don’t work well and that the system is new and they are trying to improve it.

What I do when my digital coupons don’t onlinee out and I buy the right product. Just call Customer Service and they usually give me point for the coupon not onlineing out. I am okay with that since I can always redeem points.
