   When is the best time to get a Sam’s membership? I know throughout the year there are different promotions, but which promo was the best (cheapest, more coupons, etc?)

  The best promotion is when they give you an upgraded membership for $40 plus a $20 gift card and a few free items loaded to your card. I haven’t seen that one in awhile tho. Maybe it’ll happen in Jan/Feb

  Target has better deals often for Bounty and Charming with gift card deals than this one.
