  one benefit is if you buy a drink you can get a free ice tea,hot or regular coffee refill in the same visit. If you spend time working in the store this is awesome. I did this the last time it was offered and was surprised that my points went to zero and it took from July to the end of November for the gold card to arrive. I am glad that I am a gold member now.

   Also wanted to make sure you all know that you really should get the app on your phone. There are bonus stars all the time and offers that seem to cater to what I like to order. Sometimes you have to order 2 or 3 items in a specific time period or you have to visit 2 or 3 days in a row but you earn an extra 25-150 stars! Worth checking your app often! 🙂

  I love passion tango, cold. I get light ice and no water so it’s stronger and lasts me longer. I also get no sugar, but add lime and blackberries to it. Yummy!

  Kathy I love the passion tango, cold as well. I have them add (I’m embarrassed to say) 6 pumps of classic syrup. I get it with NO ice, NO water then ask for a venti cup with ice and light water. Then I add the passion tango to the venti cup. I’m a gold member so I get my free refill too.

   Does anyone know how their free refills work? If I wanted tea, would I be able to get any of the teas listed on their menu (like the Teavana shaken iced teas or other flavoured teas)? Or does the free refill only apply to iced/hot plain black tea?

  It used to be different, but now i believe it’s just plain coffee or plain tea. I asked for a refill of the iced black tea and lemonade i had ordered and she said she couldn’t use the lemonade because that was an “add on” but that she could refill just the black tea, for free.
