  No, they are a lightweight jacket. They do sell a 3 in 1 jacket that has the fleece in it though. I got both for my daughter last time they were on sale and I love the 3-1 for the car. I have her just wear the fleece in the car seat and throw the outer coat on when we get places. The quality on both coats is good for what your paying but no Columbia or North face.
