For those that have ordered from here previously. Is the additional charge worth it for the upgrade to 1.5″ thickness? It doubles the cost of the 24×36 canvas and I cannot decide if its going to make a difference…

I think the thickness is personal preference. It will stand out better. I personally like the thinner, but the biggest ones I have are 20×16

I got the thinner 24×36 one made earlier this summer. I was worried that it would be too thin, but am beyond pleased with it. I don’t think it’s worth the extra money in my opinion.

I like the thinner and choose the black border versus the photo wrap to help it stand out. Scott has made many canvas prints for me. You won’t be disappointed.

I am trying to order the 24×36 size but when I ask it to pull pics from photo library it sends me back to hiptosave page. It will let me download my pic if I go through the website without using your link but the price is double. Any ideas?

i used this onlinepany before..i did not like the picture how it came out at all. it was also a gift for a friend of her cousin and child after she got in a car accident and passed away it was a waming photo and sadly it was a waste of money because the quality was not what i had expected it to be, i even had emailed them which they offered me a 50 percent discount i thought it was better than nothing but when i went to check out a second time it was still charging me shipping, it would have cost me double to reprint another picture, i ended up not printing it at all and now it sits under her bed collecting dust, what a shame, i just wanted to share my experience

I have purchased many canvases, of all sizes, when H2S has a deal. In the last 5 years I have gotten about 25 canvases for myself in addition to about 10 given as gifts. I have always been happy w/ the quality of the canvases I received; even those images that were old photos scanned into my onlineputer. They may seem grainy up close, but once hung on the wall, they seem like a painting. I might even go so far as to consider myself addicted to canvases!

I just received two canvases last week, the second time I have ordered from this onlinepany. When printed correctly, they are beautiful. One of my two canvases was fine. The second has massive printer vertical lines thru my picture, probably as a result of a dirty printer head. I called customer service, and she said they weren’t allowed to reprint orders, she would just have to refund me, and then I could resubmit, after I took a photo of the bad canvas? However, since I used a groupon, they couldn’t refund it? Any onlinement canvas guy?

I just went to check out (12 x 12 canvas) and the shipping is $7.99 and up. Not sure where I can find the $3.99 shipping option? Plus it says shipping is free over $49 not $25.
