   What is with the different colored (yellow) clearance stickers? Do they mean something different??

  I was curious of the same thing! I noticed the clearance signage at the stores is yellow now too. Must be changing it up!

  I noticed they are doing “everyday low price” “new lower price” all in red throughout the aisles to catch customers attention and make em think that they are getting a better deal now, where it used to be red signs for weekly sales and clearance. But the smart shoppers just need to adjust to the new color scheme (red is one of the highest attention grabbers) and continue hunting for sales:)

  Oil cleansing works really well for oily skin (it sounds bizarre but usually with oily skin, it means the skin is too dry and the cleanser is stripping too much oil from the skin, so the skin creates more to balance it out). Nars makes an amazing primer that Ulta carries also – Nars Pore & Shine Control Primer that is seriously a miracle worker for under makeup on oily skin. I’m using Tarte’s Double Duty Beauty Empowered Hybrid Gel Foundation and it’s my new holy grail. Seriously controls my oil all day; you can’t even tell I have oily skin any more! I also use a double cleanser routine – oil first then cleanser so as not to strip my skin.

   Where in Target are these clearance beauty items usually located? I’m not a huge Target shopper and I have a bit of trouble finding items sometimes. These items are definitely worth a 30 mile trip for me.
