   Be careful! Major website/ordering issues. Placed an order yesterday, no email confirmation. Was on hold for over an hour and finally just hung up. Their fb page is full of the same stories. No record of orders but cards are charged, can’t get in touch with customer service via phone or email, etc. I’m buying pjs from Target with the 20% off cartwheel instead!

   For those of you that placed orders and didn’t get an email or it wasn’t in your order history check the order history again as it is updated now. This is a large onlinepany and they aren’t just not going to send orders and take your money. I’m sure the confirmation emails will onlinee soon as well.

    Our local Gymboree outlet always has them marked down to $6.99 on Black Friday in case anyone has an outlet near them. I️ think it might be similar at the regular store but I’m not sure.

    I keep getting a message telling me that I have to reset my password and a link will be sent to my email. 2 days later and 4 tries and no email. I love Gymboree but this isn’t worth the hassle.

    I also ordered with no issue but I payed via PayPal. It seems like everyone who used PayPal receives email confirmation with no issue. Do the deal and use PayPal 🙂

    Their website is a nightmare! Placed 3 orders last night. Only got a confirmation for 1. Placed another today–no confirmation. All four now finally show up in my order history, but only 2 actually show anything when you click for “details”. The other 2 say, “Sorry, we’re having trouble pulling up your order history. Please call our Customer Care Team for assistance.”. UM, no–on phone forever on hold and gave up. People are bashing them all over facebook, too. I called my local store, and they are willing to try to help me in store tomorrow. And card has been charged for all the orders! What a nightmare!

    This happened last year too with Gymboree. No order confirmation, but you could manually look up your order and find it. I messaged, emailed, and got generic auto-replies. They did ship everything about 3 weeks after I placed my order. So, if you ordered these for Christmas Eve (like I did) or for Chanukah, they should arrive on time. But little to no onlinemunication in between.

    Just a word of caution–Last November I ordered a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. It was supposed to have arrived within a few days. Even though I had been charged, the gift never arrived. The order status kept saying “in progress”. I attempted to make numerous phone calls, emails, to customer service and could never get a human response. I even made several attempts to contact their corporate offices and no one ever picked up. Only after I made several social media posts, did I finally get their attention and the item finally arrived late Christmas eve–6 weeks after it was supposed to arrive. I read so many social media onlinements from people having the same issue–moms who had ordered, and had been charged for, their kids Christmas outfits, only to not receive them. It was clear then that gymboree was having financial difficulty.
