  It really depends on their height. I would say 20 inches for both. But maybe the 9 year old could even use a 24 inch.

  When I had only the girls bike in my cart there was no surcharge but once I added a women’s bike it added the $9.99 surcharge to my order too. Not sure why🤔 I decided against the women’s bike and the surcharge disappeared once I took that bike out of my shopping cart.

    There is an in store coupon for a $10 Toys R Us gift card when you spend $75 or more! As far as I can tell, it will work on bikes. You can find it on retailmenot.online
