I️ actually have this fryer. My husband got it for me as a gift 4 years ago. It is very large and takes up a lot of counter space but it works great! I️ have never used it to fry a turkey but have done chicken wings and fried chicken in it and it’s so large you can do a couple pieces of fried chicken at a time.

Oh cool! Thanks for the helpful feedback Ann! Good to know how large it is and that it has worked well for you!

  2. Lolie

I bought one for my husband a few years ago and he loves it. It does a great job at frying turkeys and french fries and other snack foods. I would definitely reonlinemend!

We have this. We have only used it for a turkey a couple times. We were pleased with it. I do have to say that injecting the turkey prior to cooking makes a huge difference in how moist it onlinees out.

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Yum! Thanks for the helpful tip!

    • Terri

What do you inject your turkey with? And if you don’t is the turkey dry?

      • Maria M

The Tony Chachere’s Injectible Jalapeno Butter is really Good! I don’t like spicy food and this was not spicy, just a small hint of spice. I highly reonlinemend!

I enjoy my fryer so much… I fry my Turkey every year and everyone just loves it.. It is good for so much more… Frying Fish, Chicken, Shrimp, Crawfish tails, fries, Onion Rings, Hushpuppies, Okra… Then you can boil vegetables corn on the cob… Steam vegetable broccoli, cauliflower… Serve up a big feast of Gumbo… It’s so amazing…

    • Terri

      Does the turkey stay moist?
