You can use the coupon anywhere even though the coupon says found at Walmart or whatever… blah, blah, blah, that’s just a misleading advertisement

I think she meant ibotta offer, that she can only do the rebate if she buys from Wal-Mart. I have 2 separate ibotta offers from Wal-Mart and Target. I wonder if I can do both rebate?

It’s the Ibotta offer, not coupon (there’s no store name or logo on it). I only have it in the WM gallery as well.
