  No, it is not. This does not convert to a booster like the Graco 4-Ever.

   We own 2 of these and my kids all love it. It’s easy to adjust between child sizes and install rear or forward facing.

  Yeah. All Britax accessories for any of their products are sold separate. Amazon sells the cup holders and I’m sure other places do as well
