  I bought 3 from Zulily last year. They do have a short “V” in the back but most of the back is closed. I would say that when I pull it up onto our stomachs, the V stops around my my rear end/truly top of upper thighs. Most of it is enclosed.

   This shark tail looks like it is made out of better material than the Snuggie one target sells. The target one is made out of satin in the tail and I had purchased two. Both frayed and came undone on the tail. They didn’t finish the satin edge properly and it did not hold up well. With this one, it looks like it is all polyester and wouldn’t have the same problem as the satin one. DO NOT BUY THE ONE THAT HAS SATIN ON THE TAIL.

    I bought 3 of these last year! I bought all adult ones and my kids (ages 9/12) and I love them! They were WAY nicer than I thought they would be. In a bind for another, I bought a similar product on Amazon later on and it was horrible. I was embarrassed to give it as a gift so I returned it. I highly reonlinemend the zulily ones.
