Wow, teddy ruxpin is back? How cool!

  2. Couponmistress

I remember when my little brother had the original Teddy Ruxpin. It was big technology at the time.

  3. Sarah

We still have ours from when we were younger! This seems crazy expensive but cool that they are bringing him back to mainstream!

  4. Leigh

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Sweet! Thanks for sharing April!

  6. Traci

My question is is it any more reliable than the first go around? I had one and Gumby? The worm guy and it was always off and generally wouldn’t work at all. Think I finally got rid of them.

    • AP

Considering how far technology has onlinee in 30 years, I’m guessing yes.

  7. Deb

This Teddy Ruxpin is actually different than the original in that it onlinees with preloaded stories and then you can use an app to buy additional ones. I paid $18 more for one a couple of weeks ago—–not for me, but as an item for a silent auction to benefit a charity.

  8. Brenda

That’s it! I’ve officially begun my Christmas shopping for the grands!! Thanks, H2S!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      How exciting! You’re welonlinee Brenda!

    • Bryant

This toy has always been creepy! You can usually find the original in thrift stores, if you look hard enough. I saw one not too long ago for a few bucks. I passed.

  11. April

    The price is absolutely ridiculous.

  12. Elaine

Dang, were they this expensive when we were kids?!? That’s crazy!!

  13. Lisa

Yay!! I’ve been wanting to get this and with that price I’m glad I waited!! Thank you!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welonlinee!

  14. Brynn

I am 36 and my mom said she paid 69.99 for mine the first year they came out. So considering inflation on everything else this isn’t to bad.
