   Can I use this on any baby purchase from any seller? Also does that mean you can use the code twice on one item and get 20% off? Help I’m a little confused but I have been wanting to buy a used infant seat on eBay!

  There is a list of eligible sellers so you can only get discount if you buy from sellers on the list

  I would not reonlinemend buying a used carseat, especially from ebay. I buy almost all of my son’s stuff used, but I’m not willing to put his safety on the line. There are a lot of stipulations for carseats to be deemed safe, and I wouldn’t trust a stranger from the internet.

  Carseats should not be used if they have
  1) been in a car accident(even a fender bender)
  2) are expired (usually about 6 years from manufacturing)
  3) have been recalled
  4) straps have been washed

  Just wanted to make sure you were informed about car seats. My parents/in laws and husband had no idea about all the strict guidelines about car seats, so I just wanted to kindly inform you.
