   I have this in a 6 qt and it is great. Those people who “are scared of pressure cookers” because of their Mama’s yesteryear unit need not worry. Nowadays these units are much safer with proper use after reading the directions. It is a great product which produces great ribs, soups and other dishes in a very short time. Highly reonlinemend!

   I’m still afraid to use pressure cookers. It’s definitely a skill. Does the Instant Pot do everything something like this would do?
