  Make sure you phone number is on your SWY account. I couldn’t get it to work until I added my phone number to my acccount and then it worked for me.

   Did everybody get the same offer? The link takes me to the Coupon Center, and I have several offers ($5 off $50, $10 off $100). Plus $10 FREECASH in points on $20 (Apparel). I was hoping that I wouldn’t have to spend out of pocket.

    I had a lot of trouble with the free cash last week. It turns out, since it can’t be used with any other coupons, I had a bunch of coupons already loaded to my account and they were conflicting with the free cash. I had to remove all of the coupons from my account before I could use the free cash. Just a tip.

  I had that issue in the store last week. It is really annoying that you can not opt out of using a loaded coupon. I could not use my points which was a better deal. I called sywr and they could not tell me how to unload a coupon. How did you do it? A

  From the desktop site on the actual shop your way site. It took me forever to find it too. You go to the page to load coupons, and there is a tab at the top for clipped/loaded coupons. There you can unload any coupons you previously loaded. I’m not in front of it, so going off memory.

  This happened to me earlier today, and I am so upset about it right now. I was able to unload some of the clipped coupons, but unfortunately, I can not unload seven (7) of them, which is definitely affecting the main offer that I want to use ($11 FREE CASH on Clothing and Shoes). I even contacted customer service at SYW, but they can’t unload the coupons either. SMH.

  Please help me if you can. I would greatly appreciate it.

    Last week I got an email saying I had $25 in free cash and I was able to buy clearance pants , slip, and cami without any problems (in store). A couple of weeks ago when I did this text no points every showed

    I used a $15 off $15 coupon at Kmart which generated $22 in freecash for clothes at Sears. Asked at sears before I started shopping because I know these things can be hinky. Girl said just try it. Ended up with 2 Henley sweaters, a nice blouse and a tank top for .93 because of existing markdowns. You do have to know your shop your way pin though. You can text a number and get it really quickly. One Christmas present down! I was so happy it worked.

    Also, I was signed up already for Kmart texts and still got $10 in freecash.

    I’ve been replying to a lot of people that this coupon is in store only. I see the post says it can be used online or in store. My coupon stated in-store only. It wasn’t even in the fine print, it was in the title of the coupon. So maybe everyone’s is different.

    Last time I went through the process and with all the glitches (didn’t recognize my email, etc) I thought it didn’t work. Later I got an email that said I had earned FREECASH which is not a coupon or surprise points. I got $12 and it was only for clothing in store at Kmart. It did work on clothing.

    Mine says in store and online, and it’s on my acct online. But it’s not working… guess I will try in store later this week? I got a few Sears ones recently and was able to score super cheap baby clothes. So grateful for these types of deals– when they work!

    This worked on my account with two Peppa Pig toys on clearance for $5/each. My son texted, the response said $10/$10 and he tried with two toys. The cashier used his points instead. The manager and clerk couldn’t find the $10. He just returned everything. Nice timing for holiday donations.

  Points like these always work on clothing and home dept. Make sure items are not clearance. Also surprise points dont work with coupons. So if coupons are pre-loaded in your account, and they apply automatically, your surprise points wont apply. It has happened to me lots of time. Few items are on offers, for example a home itne you select is discounted by 10% if you order online. So that discount automatically applies, and its same as a coupon. So the surprise points wont work for that item. Really took me a long time to understand.

    I have tried everything and nothing works with the surprise points. Even K mart’s own expensive stuff not on sale. I have tried everything that you can think of. I have a 5 off 35 that onlinees off as soon as I go over $35 same thing should work for the 10 off 10 but it doesn’t

    I called shop you way customer service they said its in store only ..I told him it does not say that on my account for the $10 but he said it says it on his end and they must have forgot to add it in the exclusions when it was sent out..

    Got the text back saying I had $10 free cash but it would not apply to clothes in the store I had picked out which was not on the list of exclusions. Customer service could not even tell me why not. There is a $10 on $20 in my account so I’m not sure if that is why it would not apply to $18 item I had picked out. Email did not say I had to spend $20 so I’m confused.

    I went back to the store today to use my $10 surprise cash and it wasn’t in my account anymore :-/ . Really strange,…it was there yesterday. I went back to my Kmart text and clicked the link, it says expiration of September 24th. Why it disappeared from my account I have no idea. I have no surprise point offers, just my regular points.
