   I hate putting negative reviews but I want everyone to be aware. I purchased several things from this site and this is the first time this has happened but it was such a bad experience I want people to know. I purchased a product and after 10 days of checking on it and it stating that it was enroute to Zulliy, I sent an email asking for an estimated delivery date. I then got a response that my order was cancelled and they would refund me. After that I got an email stating it was shipping. I called a customer service representative and they stated that I was being fully refunded.. well you think… That is expected because now you are telling me you don’t have the product, though I just received an email saying it was being delivered. I just wanted to make sure anyone reading this doesn’t get their hopes up when they purchase from there. You would assume if they took money out of your account that would mean they have the product.. but I was told it 100% does not.. so maybe I was suppose to know that but I didn’t. And their response to my disappointment was we will refund you… Again… Duh I didn’t get anything… We’re than planning on keeping my money😂

  This happened to me the last time I ordered a spams item from zulily. I’ve purchased quite a bit from them and that was the only time I had an issue. It was very disappointing since the item I purchased was a high waisted swim suit bottom that I had been looking for for years (I had bought one from target and couldn’t ever find another one since). I was so excited to FINALLY get another tummy control swim suit bottom but after 2 months and calling, I was told my order was cancelled.

  Same here. 3 out of 5 ordered were cancelled bucasue item way no longer available. Will no longer be purchasing from them. I thought I was the only one, sorry to see that I am not.
