   I just added 4 carter’s brand PJ’s to my cart, got above the $40 threshold and tried to use the 25% off…and it won’t apply it. It says “Not valid on purchase of clearance, doorbusters, Skip Hop, non-Carter’s and non-OshKosh branded footwear.”….Any help?

  Hi! I clicked through & on the Carter’s site, it shows 25% off of $50. Could that be the reason? Underneath each PJ picture, it says “Extra 25% off $50+” Hope this helps!

   I have typed in the promo code a couple of times to make sure I”m getting it right and it says it can’t be used on clearance items…etc. It isn’t working. I have christmas jammies in my cart. What am I doing wrong??

  just FYI the promo code OKBG3313 does not work, I contacted customer service and that is an old promo code. They are only running the MY20 code right now.
