  It must have something to do with your visit/purchase history. I’m a Gold rewards member, but I didn’t receive this offer.

   My son got the email but he has lost his gift card. It also has a small balance on it. Does anyone know if Starbucks reissues lost gift cards?

  If the card is registered to a Starbucks account you don’t even need the physical card. Short of that, consider it gone.
