  Went to several Dollar General’s one had Charmin, one had Angel Soft, most had neither! I went early Friday, I live near Arkansas and Missouri state line.

   Sorry I’m have a sleep deprived moment from my 1 month old. So ALL clearance (including food) is an extra 50% off and non food clearance is an extra 50% plus an additional 10%? IMO I hate their clearance area in the store. The rest of the store looks nice but why do they hold onto the clearance junk my 3 month old store has so much clearance junk it is piled up on the floor where people could trip on it. What if there was an emergency? I thought about trying to report it for safety issues but who would I report to?

  I feel like they all do that. Either they just throw it on a shelf or put it in a giant box. It’s like that at all the stores I go to and it always makes me cringe because it’s so messy. I do like the clearance sales though because my local stores tend to do a sidewalk sale and put all the boxes on top of tables. It’s still alot of sorting on my part but at least I’m not having to bend over…and if you go in the morning the boxes are semi-organized. Last year, I bought all the plates, napkins, party favors, etc. for all the birthdays and showers in my work/family for about 50 cents an item.

   Went to several yesterday and some were total chaos! Stacking on the top shelves is my pet peeve. There is a survey on the receipts, with $3 off $15 for taking, I will be doing that today. I also plan to onlinepliment on the organized ones.

   Why is it that all Dollar General stores don’t run the same sales? A sales clerk told me it was because of location! I asked her how can that be when the online ads advertised for all stores! I bought some clearance items at one dollar general with an additional 50 percent off. I drove 2 miles across town and was told that the second store I went to was not having that sale? I asked how can this be when it’s advertised online. The manager told me that’s the way thing were and that different stores have different sales! Is this true or does online advertisements apply to all stores?

    DOLLAR GENERAL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE HIGHER THAN SELF ITEMS!!!! CHECK IT OUT> IVE BEEN PUTTING CLEARANCE ITEMS BACK ON SELF SO PEOPLE CAN SEE THERE GETTING RIPPED OFF
