    Did it show in your account where you purchased it and will be getting the refund? I did it and did store pick up and will be picking it up but I nothing shows on my account.

      It does take a day or so for it to appear. Just hold onto your receipt in case anything really did go wrong.

    Just be prepared to wait for your money.
    I did this for free laundry soap from WM and it took almost 2 months.
    I kept emailing them and they said they had to wait for confirmation from WM.
    Hopefully it has gotten better.

    I used this last week with the large bottle of Dawn. Instead of the large bottle they substituted 5 small bottles. The WM employee insisted it was my fault because I hadn’t noted “no substitutions” on my order. Sorry, but I’ve never heard of that before. Anyway my WM app shows I picked up the large bottle so I hope I get the rebate.

    I did this yesterday and picked up in store last night. After I picked up I received an email from walmart stating that a refund of $5 would be given to me. No explanation as to why though. I’m curious if it will mess up the cashback deal since it specifically states the price in the deal conditions. Guess only time will tell.
    Did anyone else receive a refund?

      I just picked mine up today and i also received a refund too…if this messes up the rebate…im returning it…hopefully if it does affect it..they will adjust the rebate down by $5…id rather have that done

      I got a response back from customer service and they said not to worry that it can happen this way and the credit will show up later. If not to contact them back so I hope it just works. At least they are aware and gave me some hope.

    I was worried, so I wrote them last night. They said they were still working through these, but they kindly pushed mine through. So they are fixing it and if you’re still anxious, contacting them seems to work quiet well and they seem to be understanding too.
