Wow! Why would anyone pay $79 for a hoodie, let alone $159?

Because Patagonia guarantees their clothing and will repair them for you if necessary, they’re built for outdoor performance (rain, UV, sweat wicking depending on the item), and they practice environmentally conscious manufacturing.

I’ve bought hoodies for $20-30 at places like Kohls, Belk, even Walmart over the years that I still have. Holding up just fine for several years. I’m definitely not paying 4 times to 8 times that price just to supposedly have environmentally conscious manufacturing. Seriously?

Well said CeeLee! Many people will spend that, I for one spent $99 per fleece last Christmas from a post for myself and 2 daughter’s & was attracted to this post for a bday gift for my daughter’s boyfriend. There are many posts that H2S does that doesn’t interest me but I don’t point it out and I still appreciate the work the H2S team does. If it’s not your price point, move on. Scroll, don’t troll! 😉

Must be nice to have $ to waste! 🙄

It’s buying quality products from onlinepanies that care about their workers and their products. It’s about values more than price. But you can get some great prices on Patagonia when they have a sale! This hoodie is on the expensive side but I bought a couple pairs of sweat wicking leggings for $35 this week from their website.

Lol! Ok… keep on waisting your $!
