   My son owns the black one. These are very durable backpacks will not buy anything else. he puts a chomebook and all his folders inside there is plenty room for everything. I bought this last year for him and he will be able to use this same one this year. It’s still in great condition

  If ever it fails Send It In! My family has only ever used JS packs! I have one that I have had since I was 6 and it has been sent in for new zippers and minor seam/decor mending twice. I have had two that had to be onlinepletely replaced due to delamination of the inner coating.

   Great price & Great backpacks! These are one of the best backpacks, and I’ve tried most of them. They do last for years, and the only reason I ever bought a new one was because someone wanted a new design. Five kids now 18-26, and they could not destroy these! One kid used a plain blue one for 6 years. I just posted a bunch of cute printed JanSports on Craigslist freebies last weekend; the kids in college all use the solid color ones now.

   Jan Sport and their other brand Trans have the same warranty. Target will have the Trans brand on clearance in September and I have gotten them for as low as $5 for the big back pack with many onlinepartments(these were my favorite diaper bags!). I keep one in my car for emergency kits and one for extra clothes for my kids.
   My family has only ever used JS. I have a leather bottom Super break that I got when I was 6 and it has been fixed twice in all that time and it is still going strong! My kids now use the trans bags from target and my Jansport bags thay I used.
   If you find them free/cheap in need of repair it is worth it to send them in for repair(or replacement if its something covered by warranty)

  Yes you can. I used my 10 rewards with 10 off 25. But i purchased the one with lots of onlinepartments and only paid 30.
