    Epic fail on this game Starbucks! It took over 9 hours for me free play to onlinee into my email. Then error – with message out of plays.

    So…I’ve won this game 4 times now. And something seems to be off on their prizes. Just sent the below message to starbucks and will see what I hear back.

    Question about star prizes with the Summer Starbucks game.

    Four the 4th time, I’ve received notification that I’ve received a prize of 1 bonus star (only won 4 total times, and each time it was a prize of 1 star). Yet, when I look at the Prize Chart in the game’s official rules, winning 1 star isn’t even a prize option that I can see: https://starbucks.promo.eprize.online/summer2017//public/fulfillment/rules.pdf

    According to the chart in the game, the smallest # of stars to be awarded as a prize is 10–and the minimum prize amount increases for landing on the star space for each level you advance. Hence, since I just landed on the star space at level 4 of the game, the minimum prize available should have been 25 bonus stars–not 1 star.

    What’s going on?

  Last paragraph of the first page of the official rules answers your question: “If you land on the Star Space, you will receive a message
  that indicates you are a potential winner of one (1) of the Star Space Instant Win Game prizes listed below in Section 7 below or one (1) Bonus Star.”
