   The Tic Tac coupon I have states it is only good on the 200 ct. single packs. You are showing the smaller 1 oz. packs at the $1.17 regular price. I don’t believe this coupon would work for your scenario.

  There is this coupon that should work on the 1 oz.
  B1G1 FREE Tic Tac 60 ct (up to $1.79) 6-25-17 SS x9/25. With the 20% cartwheel and the 25% candy mobile coupon, it should onlinee out to 0.06 cents each. So almost free!
