   Sorry OT- Collin, there was a post about how to shop at kohls. In that you gave a tip about getting an even exchange on an online order by finding something with the exact MSRP? Is there a link to that kohls policy? TIA. I had an terrible experience at store today.

   I can’t find it written anywhere, but that is what the associate who did my exchange said. Each replacement item does have to have the same MSRP (not the same actual price) as each returned item, and the same number of items were required in exchange. The items could not be on clearance, either (I don’t know about exchanging clearance items). It is awful, I know. I had a lot of gift clothes that did not fit my kids, and I was given the Kohl’s Cash from the purchases too, which I did not want to lose by returning everything. Before going in-store I checked the website, and looked for in-stock items that had the same MSRP. I didn’t find everything I needed by looking online but it helped to be semi-prepared.

  Thank you Kathy! They kept changing what I could get in exchange and then told me it had to be the exact same item to exchange even though the store didn’t have it. The attitude was what bothered me the most. Not very good customer service at all.
