I ordered this and used Paypal to check out. They called me because Paypal declined the transaction. I called them and they indicated this special is in-store only and wanted to charge me $30 and change. I said when I ordered the coupon went through so why would you not honor it. They gave it to me but explained this is an in store clearance only.

How strange, as it is still available online as I click through.

    • Sue

I ordered online and paid with Paypal with no issues – was charged the $10 plus tax.

I ordered the backpack online and when it came I was surprised how small it was. I ended up returning it.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Darn! Sorry to hear it was too small! Thanks for the honest feedback!

I also ordered one online and was disappointed when I received it. It is too small for a fourth grader and is very cheaply made. I would estimate it lasting one or two weeks. Returning mine to the store and am sticking with Under Armour. Note: It may be okay for a younger child (preschool/Kindergarten) who doesn’t need a lot of room and won’t be carrying heavy things in it.

Thanks so much for sharing your experience Sue!

Does anyone remember when the Landend sale on backpacks was? I am hoping they have that again this year.
