   Make sure your rewards print! Mine did not, the manager tried a few time and could not get them to. I had to accept her adding 5000 points to my account. I bought two softsoaps.

  Hi, same thing happened to me. I contacted catalina marketing and they responded that the 18 oz blooming jasmine and plum UPC 074182450663 that I purchased is not part of the deal. The 18 oz honeysuckle orange 074182281298 that I purchased is part of the deal, so I did not fulfill the promotion to purchase 2 soft soap. They didn’t explain why it is not a participating scent. I can only assume it is because it is a new scent.

  today I did 3 separate transactions and I paid cash on the soft-soap deal, and the RR did not print at all on any one transaction. my manager also had to give me 15000 loaded onto my Walgreens card too.
  wonder why they are not printing? anyone out there have their RR printed?

  The same thing happened to me yesterday but I didn’t realize until I got home and they were closed. I bought one Irish spring and one dial body wash and used register rewards to pay. I’m new to couponing, so I didn’t know if my RR didn’t print because I used RR to pay or because I mixed and matched. I went back to the store today to tell them and they said it was because I had used RR to pay, so I told them that I want to return them and re-buy. When we did that, the RR still did not print out, so the worker just added 5,000 reward points to my reward balance, which is better for me!
  I wonder why they didn’t print today when I did the transaction without using RR to pay.

  Question, you won’t get RR on this deal if you use RR to pay some of the total? Also, how many times can you do this deal and get the $5 RR?

  One more question, what’s a stock up price for body wash? What’s the cheapest you usually pay?

  This RR deal is ONLY for the Irish Spring body washes and Softsoap body washes. The Dial body washes do not count because they are not included. It also doesn’t matter if you used RR’s, points, or cash to pay for this RR deal because you will get the RR back if you buy the RIGHT items.

  You can do an RR deal as many times as you want as long as you have separate transactions. Also, the stores may limit you if you try buying a lot.

  Stock up prices vary from person to person. It’s up to you to decide what you’re willing to pay for body wash.

  Thanks for the response!! I meant to say that I bought one Irish Spring and one Softsoap body wash. Lol. I guess I said Dial because I had also got the dial bar soap deal in a separate transaction. I wonder why the RR isn’t printing for various people…I’m wanting to know what’s the price on body wash that others here will usually stock up on. I don’t care which kind of body wash I use, so I just want to get as many as I can at the cheapest price I can. Lol.

  When you were buying the two Softsoaps, did they ring up at 2/$8? If so, they should’ve spit out the $5 RR since it’s in the ad.

  A dollar is a good price for the name brand shampoo and conditioner as well, but my stock up price is fifty to seventy-five cents. It has been harder to onlinee by such a low price these days tho 🙁

  I don’t know about you guys but it seems to me that in the Portland, OR area, it is onlinemon for RR’s to not print on Sundays. The employees say that it’s because “the register hasn’t updated yet” but that’s ridiculous. And it’s been this way for the last two years that half the time, my RR’s don’t print on Sundays.

  I try and go for any body wash <$1 but I don't use that much so idrc since I have a ton of shampoo to make my body smell nice, haha.

  Actually, you aren’t entirely correct when you say that the RR would have printed as long as she is buying the RIGHT items. If I’m not mistaken, doesn’t the RR get cancelled out if you pay with a RR that was printed from a product of the same parent onlinepany. For instance, if you use a RR printed from a Colgate deal to pay for the Irish Spring, that RR won’t print because they’re from the same parent onlinepany I believe. Or did they finally nix that policy?

  They changed it last year so that you can use an RR from the same onlinepany on a deal by the same onlinepany. However, it’s now only the same RR deal that cannot be used on the same RR deal.

  So say I bought 2 Softsoap and got a $5 RR. I can’t use this RR on 2 Irish Spring or 2 Softsoap and get another $5 RR back.

  If I have a $4 RR from the Colgate deal two weeks ago, I am allowed to use this $4 RR on the 2 Softsoaps and get the $5 RR back.

  Mine didn’t print either. The manager said since I used two coupons, I wouldn’t get the register reward. I also got 5000 points. Never heard of this before

   YOU MAY HAVE ISSUE WITH THE CATALINA BECAUSE IT IS 1 PER CUSTOMER.

   So I did this…one transaction I bought 2 softsoap, 2 aussie, and $1 filler item…did the larger bottles softsoap and Qs, and paid with some RR… and I got the $5 RR. Next one did 2 irishspring, 2 aussie, and $1 item, used Qs and paid with CC only….and catalina did not print. the manager said it was because the ad sais that it is one offer per member. So I did the same transaction with my moms ph # and sure enough, the $5 RR printed. So I dont know if that manager was correct or not, because it was at a diff register, but I used a diff ph #. Im gonna try again and see if I can do it at a diff store later.

   Side note…if you do a pick up order for a photo, do not pay with your rewards card, you will get a coupon for 3000 pts when you spend $15, and it is $15 before coupons. Do not pay with pts tho. You have to use this coupon same day-it expires. My husband picked up a prescription and received one too, and I’m pretty sure he did use our phone number..so not sure exactly what is giving this Q.
