This looks super cool! Anyone have one that could give me a quick review before buying?

Anyone know if these are safe? Most toys that attach to car seats that we have say never use in a moving vehicle or something to that affect. Any warnings on this one? Seems like a cool thing but want to make sure it’s safe for driving…

I used to have one these for my girls, neither one liked to use it for more than 20 minutes. They were about 2 or 4 at the time. I thought it was such a great product and was disappointed they didn’t care for it.
The quality was good though, I don’t remember any safety warnings. Keep in mind that the strap wraps around the back of the seat so I’d say there is an issue if you had to get the child out in an emergency. I personally didn’t think that risk was too high though and the strap seems easy enough to cut or pull off.

Thanks so much for sharing your experience Melissa! Good to know!

We are CONSTANTLY taking roadtrips with my kids and when my oldest was 3 we bought this for our 10hr drive to Oregon. It buckles around the back of the seat and is not very sturdy after the first use. It was great for that trip for toy cars and snacks but once we put it away and got it back out it was a lot less sturdy and the sides continued to flop over.

Darn! Sorry to hear it did not hold up well! Thanks for your honest review!

I bought this, it seemed great. Unfortunately, my little one didn’t agree. She only tried it once or twice and never again. 🙁 I just asked her and she said it was too hot.

I have 4 kids. I used to let them eat in the car but the mess is not worth it. I do not reonlinemend letting kids eat in the car. The clean up time. The lost value in your car. The headache. My kids no longer eat in the car it is such a huge help. We are no longer scrubbing the car out weekly. This saves hours of work.

  7. Mandapanda

Sadly these are not safe for use with your car seat because of the potential projectiles they pose. If you want further information or guidance check out the group car seats for the littles on Facebook

We never could get the tray walls to stand up.

We have 2. They are safe/collapsible. I love them but my kids don’t like them. When they did use them the one time, they were still holding stuff up in their hands instead of using the tray.
