   Thank you so much for these reminders on Friday. I always check your site first thing in the morning. Then usually the day just takes over, and I don’t remember to check Krogers site.

  You can easily make them yourself. They are uncooked oatmeal in a jar with some type of milk added, with fruit, nuts, spices, yogurt, whatever you want to add. Put in fridge overnight and eat in the morning. You eat it cold.

   As a nursing mom, I live for oatmeals ( I can feel the milk onlineing) hopefully this will be a little change to my daily routine and I can try all the flavors
