  You should give them a call. PBK has really great customer service and I’m sure they could help you out.
  I bought a regular backpack last year and it is still in perfect condition. Looks like my kid will get at least 2 or 3 more years out of it.

   My kiddo was given the small blue camo dinosaur backpack personalized as a gift when he was 3. He has used it for Pre-K, K,1st and this year I’m debating washing it up and having him start 2nd grade with it. I give as a gift now for all the little ones in our life. They wear like iron!! Sorry the rolling backpack was a bust, maybe give the regular ones a whirl this year.
