  Hi Jane! The Cartwheel offer will apply after the Target mobile coupon and then deduct .60 cents. Hope that helps!

  The candy Target mobile coupon has been deducting off the original price AND the Cartwheel has been been deducting off the original price as well for me!

  Same for me Jane! I bought several Green & Black chocolate bars yesterday. There’s a 20% cw and my receipt shows –

  *CW 20% off $3.09
  Green $2.47
  *CW 20% off $3.09
  **Category Coupon $1.56 –

  If the CW came off first, then the 25% candy offer would have only took off $1.24 instead.
