   Thanks for the post! Love this stuff! Everyone in my house uses pizza sauce as a condiment – but sauce in a jar molds so fast – this was the greatest invention ever according to my 6 year old!

  What I do when I open up a jar and we don’t use it all at once, I make cubes using an ice tray. Then store them in a freezer baggie.
  When we fix mozz sticks or stuffed bell peppers, I can pop the cubes in a pan to heat on low (or carefully with the microwave, place a napkin on top so it doesn’t pop all over!) So, just a suggestion! I hate wasting food!!

   I use bottled sauce and we only make pizza once a week, it lasts thru several pizzas without getting moldy.
